• Quarterly appointments based on a 12 month period.
• Evaluation of all partitions, thorough cleaning of stains, plus any other maintenance required.
• Quick response to all maintenance requests (desks, drawers, filing cabinets, etc.).
• Minor touch-ups and buffing of wood furniture as needed.

Maintenance upon Request

• Up to four additional service calls per contract period to effect spot cleaning, reparis, etc., as needed.
• Coverage includes labour charges only. Any mechanical parts required, such as chairs gas cylinders, drawer sliding mechanisms, etc., are chargeable.
